Judi Monday is an entrepreneur, marketing expert, and skilled negotiator. As CEO for a large California Health Care organization, she used these talents to build a network of 30 clinics.
During her tenure, Judi negotiated millions of dollars in real estate transactions to house the clinics. In addition, she designed a much-copied footprint for the space layout and a celebrated interior design. It was her vision and driving force that turned the two million dollar division into a thirty million dollar enterprise.
In 2005 Judi made the decision to relocate to the Tubac area in order to be near her parents who live in Green Valley. Now she uses her talents and “lessons learned” to serve a growing list of real estate clients in Green Valley, Arizona.
In February 2009, she bought the RE/MAX Valley Properties brokerage in Green Valley, Arizona bringing with her a commitment to create rewarding experiences for her new agency’s clients. In addition to a strong work ethic, local knowledge, and creative problem solving, Judi provides an innovative multi-media marketing plan, free staging recommendations for her sellers, and interior design expertise for her buyers.
